Access to Other Leave Entitlements. An employee on parental leave may access annual and long service leave on full or half pay to the extent of available entitlements. An application by an employee for personal leave during a period that would otherwise be a period of parental leave will be granted subject to the employee providing a certificate from a registered health professional operating within their scope of practice.
