Common use of Access to Other Project Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Other Project Books and Records. In addition to Borrower's obligations under Sections 2.4, 10.1, 10.2, and 10.3, any other obligations to provide reports or maintain records in this Agreement or any other OCII Document, Borrower agrees that duly authorized representatives of OCII (which shall include but not be limited to MOHCD staff) will have access to and the right to inspect, copy, audit and examine all books, records and other documents Borrower is required to keep at all reasonable times, following reasonable notice, for the retention period required under Section 10.9.
