Common use of Access to Owners of Certificates' Names and Addresses Clause in Contracts

Access to Owners of Certificates' Names and Addresses. (a) If any Owner (for purposes of this Section 6.12, an "Applicant") applies in writing to the Trustee, and such application states that the Applicant desires to communicate with other Owners with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and is accompanied by a copy of the communication which such Applicant proposes to transmit, then the Trustee shall, at the expense of such Applicant, within ten (10) Business Days after the receipt of such application, furnish or cause to be furnished to such Applicant a list of the names and addresses of the Owners of record as of the most recent Payment Date. (b) Every Owner, by receiving and holding such list, agrees with the Trustee that the Trustee shall not be held accountable in any way by reason of the disclosure of any information as to the names and addresses of the Owners hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

(b) Every Owner, by receiving and holding such list, agrees with the Grantor Trustee that the Grantor Trustee shall not be held accountable in any way by reason of the disclosure of any information as to the names and addresses of the Owners hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.. (b) Every Owner, by receiving and holding such list, agrees with the Trustee that the Trustee shall not be held accountable in any way by reason of the disclosure of any information as to the names and addresses of the Owners owners hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

(a) If the Certificate Insurer or any Owner (for purposes of this Section 6.12, an "Applicant") applies in writing to the Trustee, and such application states that the Applicant desires to communicate with other Owners with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and is accompanied by a copy of the communication which such Applicant proposes to transmit, then the Trustee shall, at the expense of such Applicant, within ten (10) Business Days after the receipt of such application, furnish or cause to be furnished to such Applicant a list of the names and addresses of the Owners of record as of the most recent Payment Date. (b) Every Owner, by receiving and holding such list, agrees with the Trustee that the Trustee shall not be held accountable in any way by reason of the disclosure of any information as to the names and addresses of the Owners hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived..
