Common use of Access to Private Keys Clause in Contracts

Access to Private Keys. XRM Tokens purchased by Buyer may be held by Buyer in Buyer’s digital wallet or vault, which requires a private key, or a combination of private keys, for access. Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) associated with Buyer’s digital wallet or vault storing XRM Tokens will result in loss of such XRM Tokens, access to Buyer’s XRM Token balance and/or any initial balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s XRM Tokens. Company is not responsible for any such losses.

Access to Private Keys. XRM Tokens XXXX Xxxxxx purchased by Buyer may be held by Buyer in Buyer’s digital wallet or vault, which requires a private key, or a combination of private keys, for access. Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) associated with Buyer’s digital wallet or vault storing XRM RUBY Tokens will result in loss of such XRM RUBY Tokens, access to Buyer’s XRM RUBY Token balance and/or any initial balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s XRM RUBY Tokens. Company Seller is not responsible for any such losses.

Access to Private Keys. XRM AST Tokens purchased by Buyer may be held by Buyer in Buyer’s digital wallet or vault, which requires a private key, or a combination of private keys, for access. Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) associated with Buyer’s digital wallet or vault storing XRM AST Tokens will result in loss of such XRM AST Tokens, access to Buyer’s XRM AST Token balance and/or any initial balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s XRM AST Tokens. Company is not responsible for any such losses.

Access to Private Keys. XRM AXU Tokens purchased by Buyer may be held by Buyer in Buyer’s digital wallet or vault, which requires a private key, or a combination of private keys, for access. Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) associated with Buyer’s digital wallet or vault storing XRM AXU Tokens will result in loss of such XRM AXU Tokens, access to Buyer’s XRM AXU Token balance and/or any initial balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s XRM AXU Tokens. Company is not responsible for any such losses.

Access to Private Keys. XRM LETCOINSHOP Tokens purchased by Buyer may be held by Buyer Xxxxx in Buyer’s 's digital wallet or vault, which requires a private key, or a combination of private keys, for access. Accordingly, loss of profit requisite private key(s) associated with Buyer’s Xxxxx's digital wallet or vault storing XRM LETCOINSHOP Tokens will result in loss of such XRM LETCOINSHOP Tokens, access to Buyer’s XRM 's LETCOINSHOP Token balance and/or any initial balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s XRM Xxxxx's LETCOINSHOP Tokens. Company is not responsible for any such losses.

Access to Private Keys. XRM AXU Tokens purchased by Buyer may be held by Buyer Xxxxx in Buyer’s digital wallet or vault, which requires a private key, or a combination of private keys, for access. Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) associated with BuyerXxxxx’s digital wallet or vault storing XRM AXU Tokens will result in loss of such XRM AXU Tokens, access to Buyer’s XRM AXU Token balance and/or any initial balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s XRM AXU Tokens. Company is not responsible for any such losses.
