Access to Programmer Materials Sample Clauses

Access to Programmer Materials. Licensee, solely for the purpose of ensuring Programmer's compliance with the law, FCC rules, and Stations policies, shall be entitled to review on a confidential basis any programming material relating to the Stations broadcasts as it may reasonably request. Programmer shall, upon Licensee's reasonable request, advise and consult with Licensee about the programs that Programmer intends to broadcast on the Stations.
