ACCESS TO PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. Missouri Job Center System will ensure access to Missouri Job Center services including to individuals with barriers to employment. Each Missouri Job Center Partner will provide a direct link or access to other Missouri Job Center Partner staff that can provide meaningful information or service, through the use of colocation, cross training of Missouri Job Center staff, or real-time technology (two-way communication and interaction with Missouri Job Center Partners that results in services needed by the customer). As appropriate every, effort will be made by each of the local Missouri Job Center Partners that results in service to meet the need(s) of the customer. As appropriate for using WIOA adult funds, Jefferson/Franklin Partners commit to offer priority of services to veterans and recipients of public assistance, other low-income individuals, or individuals whoare basic skill deficient when providing individualized career services and training services. Each Missouri Job Center Partner to ensures their policies, procedures, programs, and services are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and its amendments to provide equal access to all customers with disabilities. Each Missouri Job Center Partner promotes capacity building and professional development for staff in order to increase awareness and understanding of serving individuals with barriers to employment and individuals with disabilities.

ACCESS TO PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. 2.8.1 Subject to any provisions in the Final Agreement regarding self- government, nothing in the Final Agreement will affect the ability of the Algonquins, Algonquin Institutions, and Beneficiaries to participate in or benefit from provincial or federal programs of general application or federal programs for any or all Aboriginal peoples. Participation in or benefits from those programs shall be determined by criteria for those programs established from time to time.

  • Programs and Services Every aspect of the service you provide is considered part of your program, and therefore it must be accessible to individuals with disabilities.   • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section.   • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Broadband Services Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), when XO seeks access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of "broadband services," as such term is defined by the FCC, then in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, Verizon shall provide XO with nondiscriminatory access under the Amended Agreement to the existing time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 or DS3 capacity (where impairment has been found to exist, which, for the avoidance of any doubt, does not include instances in which Verizon is not required to provide a DS1 Loop under Section 3.4.1 below or is not required to provide a DS3 Loop under Section 3.4.2 below) on an unbundled basis to establish a complete transmission path between the Verizon central office serving an end user and the end user's customer premises. This access shall include access to all features, functions, and capabilities of the Hybrid Loop that are not used to transmit packetized information.

  • Software and Services Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-SDD-TMP-232 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Max-Tel access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Max-Tel ’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
