Common use of Access to Project; Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Project; Records. Subject to reasonable notice and the rights of tenants at the Project, Governmental Lender, Fiscal Agent, Loan Servicer and Funding Lender Representative, and the respective duly authorized agents of each, shall have the right (but not any duty or obligation) at all reasonable times and during normal business hours to do any of the following:
