Common use of Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Clause in Contracts

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLHFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLWeitzman, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLXxxxxxxx, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLXXXX XXXXX REAL ESTATE SERVICES, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, except in the ordinary course of its business on matters unrelated to the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLHFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, or the City of Thousand Oaks, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLARGUS SELF STORAGE ADVISORS, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior written consent of Owner or JLLHFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor Buyer agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLXXXXX XXXXXXXXX, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior written consent of Owner or JLLand HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor Purchaser agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public non‐public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLHFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, licensees and other occupants, the landlord under any ground lease of all or any portion of the Property and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing or ground lease encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, invitees or guests, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole and absolute discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLNewmark, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor agrees and Investor’s Broker agree to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior written consent of Owner or JLLXxxxxxxx, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to that it will not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior written consent of Owner or JLLOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLHFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor Buyer agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLHFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners member(s) or any direct or indirect owners of any interest in the ownership of the PropertyProperty or Owner, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLBerkshire Hathaway Verani, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public non‐public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLM&M, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLLHFF/C&W, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, any municipalities (including but not limited to the City of Irvine) directly regarding the Property, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and Owner or the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the PropertyProperty (including any ground lessor), without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.
