Access to Public Health Insurance Coverage Information. A. Participating Agencies. Pursuant to Charter § 1069, if this Agreement is with a participating City agency and the Contractor is one to whom this Section applies as provided in Paragraph B of this Section, the Contractor hereby agrees to fulfill the obligations in Paragraph C of this Section. The participating City agencies are: the Administration for Children’s Services; the City Clerk; the Commission on Human Rights; the Department for the Aging; the Department of Corrections; the Department of Homeless Services; the Department of Housing Preservation and Development; the Department of Juvenile Justice; the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; the Department of Probation; the Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration; the Taxi and Limousine Commission; the Department of Youth and Community Development; the Office to Combat Domestic Violence; and the Office of Immigrant Affairs.
