Common use of Access to Records and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Access to Records and Facilities. OWEB, the Secretary of State of the State of Oregon (“Secretary”) and their duly authorized representatives shall have access to the books, documents, papers, and records of Grantee that are directly related to this Agreement, the Grant Funds, or the Project for the purpose of making audits and examinations. In addition, XXXX, the Secretary, and their duly authorized representatives may make and retain excerpts, copies, and transcriptions of the foregoing books, documents, papers, and records. Grantee shall permit authorized representatives of OWEB and the Secretary to perform site reviews of all services delivered as part of the Project, subject to OWEB- approved access limitations, if any, provided in the warranty deed or conservation easement associated with this Project.
