The Business shall, upon reasonable notice and at any time (during normal business hours), permit the Community and its representatives and the Department, its representatives or the State Auditor to examine, audit and/or copy (i) any plans and work details pertaining to the Project, (ii) all of the Business' books, records and accounts relating to the Project, and (iii) all other documentation or materials related to this Loan; the Business shall provide proper facilities for making such examination and/or inspection.
