Access to Records; Record Retention. Provider shall grant to Recipient or its representatives reasonable access to Provider’s books and records. Provider shall, within ten (10) days of any request made by Recipient, furnish supporting data and documentation with respect to the components of the Manufacturing Supply Fee on any invoice.
