Access to Records To Fulfill Request by Individual. Business Associate shall not respond directly to requests from Individuals for access to their PHI in a Designated Record Set. Business Associate will refer such Individuals to the relevant Covered Entity so that the Covered Entity can coordinate and prepare a timely response to the Individual.
