Common use of Access to Registrant Data Clause in Contracts

Access to Registrant Data. The Registrar must not sell or otherwise grant access to any Registrant Data to any person, other than in order to comply with its obligations under this Agreement, unless: 12.3.1. authorised by the Registry; 12.3.2. in compliance with any conditions of use specified by the Registry; and 12.3.3. in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and any Published Policies.
