Common use of Access to Review Materials Clause in Contracts

Access to Review Materials. The Servicer will give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Review Materials for all of the Review Receivables within 60 days after receipt of the Review Notice in one or more of the following ways: (i) by providing access to the Servicer’s receivables systems, either remotely or at an office of the Servicer, (ii) by electronic posting to a password-protected website to which the Asset Representations Reviewer has access, (iii) by providing originals or photocopies at an office of the Servicer where the Receivable Files are located or (iv) in another manner agreed by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer. The Servicer may redact or remove Personally Identifiable Information from the Review Materials without changing the meaning or usefulness of the Review Materials for the Review.

The Servicer will give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Review Materials for all of the Review Subject Receivables within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Review Notice in one or more of the following ways: (i) by providing remote access to the Servicer’s receivables systems, either remotely or at an office of the Servicer, (ii) by electronic posting to a password-protected website to which the Asset Representations Reviewer has access, (iii) by providing originals or photocopies of documents relating to the Subject Receivables to the Asset Representations Reviewer for use at an office of the Servicer where the Receivable Files are located its property or (iv) in another manner agreed by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer. The Servicer may shall redact or remove Personally Identifiable Information from the Review Materials without changing the meaning or usefulness of the Review Materials for the ReviewMaterials.
