Access to School Data Sample Clauses

The 'Access to School Data' clause defines the rights and procedures for parties to obtain and use data maintained by a school. Typically, this clause outlines who is permitted to access specific types of information, such as student records, attendance logs, or performance metrics, and may set conditions like confidentiality requirements or data security protocols. Its core practical function is to ensure that relevant stakeholders can access necessary information while protecting sensitive data and complying with privacy regulations.
Access to School Data. School shall have the right to access and retrieve any or all School Data stored by or in possession of Contractor upon written notice to Contractor’s Designated Representative. If another timeline for response is provided herein, then that, more specific, deadline shall control. Otherwise, Contractor shall make School Data available to School within seven (7) calendar days from the date of request.
Access to School Data. The Sponsor consents to the Agency accessing school-level data from: (a) the Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI) database; (b) the New Zealand Council for Educational Research (NZCER); (c) ERO; (d) e-asTTIe, Te Waharoa Ararau and any other tools referred to in the Performance Plan or the Handbook; and (e) any other Ministry systems for monitoring purposes, in accordance with Applicable Law.
