Common use of Access to the Certificateholder’s Name and Address Clause in Contracts

Access to the Certificateholder’s Name and Address. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, in such form as the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, as the case may be, may reasonably require, the name and address of the Certificateholder as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificateholder, by receiving and holding its Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Trust, the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar, the Securities Administrator and the Owner Trustee accountable or liable for damages by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
