Common use of Access to the Certificateholder’s Names and Addresses Clause in Contracts

Access to the Certificateholder’s Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Depositor, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Owner Trustee, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Depositor, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Owner Trustee, of the name and address of the Certificateholder as of the most recent record date. The Holder, by receiving and holding the Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Trust, the Depositor, the Certificate Paying Agent, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
