ACCESS TO THE LEASED PREMISES BY LHA. (A) Access for Non-Emergency Repairs, Maintenance or an Inspection LHA may enter the leased premises at reasonable times to perform non-emergency repairs, maintenance or modernization work or to conduct an inspection, and in the absence of an agreed time shall give Tenant at least forty-eight (48) hours advance notice of the time and purpose of entry.
