Access to the Network. Except where specifically stated in this Agreement, the Customer or its End-user has no right to and will not access or interfere with the Network. The Customer will make all reasonable attempts to prevent the End-user from attempting to access OptiComm or a Supplier's Equipment located on the End-user premises.
Access to the Network a. Student use of the Network is governed by the Student Code of Conduct. Employee use is governed by employment contracts. The District’s Acceptable Use Policy, set forth in Section XII, outlines policies specific to computing and network use. All Users are also governed by State network policies.
b. District employees and students will have access to the Internet through the District’s networked computers. Parents may, however, request their child(ren)not to be provided such access by notifying the District in writing.
c. Email – Students: Individual Email accounts for students will be available for educational purposes.
d. Email – Employees: Individual Email accounts for employees will be provided with an individual account.
Access to the Network. 6.1. By entering into the Contract it is assumed that the CUSTOMER expressly authorises IBERDROLA to, on the CUSTOMER's behalf, handle any necessary steps that involve the distribution network operator to be able to activate, alter and carry out any other actions in connection with the supply point and to check the supply's technical characteristics.
6.2. With the aim of completing the energy supply contracted herein and in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations, IBERDROLA shall transfer to the distribution network operator any CUSTOMER details that are necessary for the purposes mentioned above, including information about priority CUSTOMERS or CUSTOMERS with special needs. In turn, the CUSTOMER expressly authorises the transfer of such data in the terms and for the purposes herein. The CUSTOMER also accepts that these data be added to the record of the collection point and undertakes to supply any necessary documents for registering with the operator.
Access to the Network. 5.2.8.1.1 Where MTN agrees to provide the Company with access to the Network and/or to any systems attached or connected to the Network in order to obtain the Information, facilitate the Activation, Deactivation and/or Suspension of such System SIM Cards or administration of the accounts or records of Customers or the System Services (“the services”), the Company shall at all times comply with such procedures and directions as MTN , in its discretion, may, in addition to those contained in the Code of Practice, specify in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, MTN shall not be obliged to provide the Company with any access to the Network and/or its system other than the access which MTN considers necessary for the Company to Activate, re-Activate, Deactivate, suspend and/or unsuspend System SIM Cards, to obtain the relevant call data records to enable the Company to ▇▇▇▇ its Customers and to obtain the Information. In supplying the Company with such access to the Network and/or the systems as aforesaid, MTN shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this results in the Company obtaining the services as expeditiously as possible. MTN shall not, however, be responsible for any delays incurred or caused by circumstances beyond its control.
8.1.1 above by giving not less than 30 days’ notice in writing to the Company and any such variation shall become effective immediately following the expiry of such notice period. MTN shall only be entitled to exercise the rights afforded to it in this 5.2.
8.1. 2, in the event that it adopts a general policy in relation to other parties and entities with which it has contracted and to which such variations of procedures and/or directions are also relevant or applicable. In the event that such variations of procedures and/or directions are only relevant to the Company then MTN shall, notwithstanding the aforesaid, be entitled to vary such procedures and/or directions provided that it does so in consultation with the Company.
