Access to third-party software Clause Samples
The 'Access to third-party software' clause defines the terms under which users may utilize software provided by external vendors as part of a broader agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether access is direct or facilitated by the primary service provider, outlines any restrictions or requirements for use, and may specify responsibilities for licensing or support. Its core function is to ensure that all parties understand the boundaries and obligations related to third-party software, thereby reducing legal and operational risks associated with unauthorized use or unclear responsibilities.
