Access to Trust Persons Sample Clauses

Access to Trust Persons. Without limiting the scope of Clause 3.1, the Trust shall use reasonable endeavours to provide and shall cause to be provided by the Trust Persons all cooperation that the Holmusk Persons may reasonably require to perform the Preliminary Services, including identifying those Trust Persons appropriate for the Holmusk Persons to interview as part of the Preliminary Services and assisting the Holmusk Persons in coordinating the required logistics for such interviews, including obtaining any licences and approvals required for the Holmusk Persons to interview Trust Persons.
