Access to your Property. 4.5.1 You must allow us or our Employees access to the Property at all reasonable hours to carry out repairs, Improvements, planned programmes, gas servicing and any safety checks, to inspect its condition and to complete new Tenancy visits and Tenancy Home checks. If we believe there to be a risk of personal injury or a risk of damage to the Property or an adjoining Property or in order to comply with our statutory duties, you must allow us or our Employees immediate access to the Property. In these circumstances or if we consider there to be an emergency we will force entry into the Property if necessary.
