Accessing the National Do Not Call Database. Except for the three exceptions identified above in this section, Brokerage Firm does not permit general cold calling or phone solicitation. Therefore, there is no need for Licensees, their employees, or employees of Brokerage Firm to access the national or state Do Not Call database.
