Common use of Accession to the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Accession to the Credit Agreement. (a) The Increasing Lender, as of the Effective Date (as defined below), hereby accedes to the Credit Agreement and shall thereafter have all rights, benefits and privileges accorded to a Lender under the Credit Agreement and shall be subject to all obligations under the Credit Agreement. (b) The Commitment of the Increasing Lender shall equal to (or, if the Increasing Lender is a Lender under the Credit Agreement prior to giving effect hereto, shall be increased by) the amount set forth opposite its signature hereto.

Accession to the Credit Agreement. (a) The Increasing Lender, as of the Effective Date (as defined below), hereby accedes to the Credit Agreement and shall thereafter have all rights, benefits the rights and privileges accorded to obligations of a Lender under thereunder with the Credit Agreement same force and shall be subject to all obligations under the Credit Agreementeffect as if originally named therein as a Lender. (b) The Commitment of the Increasing Lender shall equal to (or, if the Increasing Lender is a Lender under the Credit Agreement prior to giving effect hereto, shall be increased by) the amount set forth opposite its signature hereto. (c) The amount of the Increasing Lender’s Commitment hereby supplements Schedule 2.01 to the Credit Agreement.
