Accessories and Replacement Components. During the Term, AcelRx agrees to make available Accessories and Replacement Components for sale on a purchase order basis based on then available quantities of such Accessories and Replacement Components at [ * ]. In the case of Replacement Components, such purchase orders shall be subject to the pricing terms set forth in this Section 2.5 for the portions of the purchase order which do not exceed the Minimum Order Quantities, except with respect to Replacement Components provided in connection with breaches of the warranty set forth in Section 6.3(a). If requested by Grünenthal, AcelRx will discuss in good faith the entry into a separate supply or purchase arrangement for such Accessories and Replacement Components based on the requirements of Grünenthal.
