Postponement of General Meetings 56 (1) The Directors shall have power to postpone the holding of any general meeting, provided that the postponed meeting shall be held within twenty-one (21) days of the date for which it was originally called. 56 (2) Whenever any meeting is postponed for ten (10) days or more, then no less than two (2) days' notice shall be sent to the members of every such postponed meeting, as in the case of the original meeting, but it shall not be necessary to specify in such notice the nature of the business to be transacted at such postponed meeting.
