Accommodation and Facilities. The employer must provide the following facilities for the use of doctors: changing room; common room; shower facilities; access to computer, internet and email facilities.

The Visiting Contingent shall establish such areas for headquarters, camps, training areas, or other premises as may be necessary for the accommodation and to achieve the purposes set out in Article 2. Without prejudice to the fact that all such premises remain Solomon Islands territory, they will be inviolable and subject to the exclusive control and authority of the Visiting Contingent. The consent of the head of the Visiting Contingent shall be required for the entry into such premises by any person.
2. Subject to paragraph 3, the Assisting Countries shall cover the personal accommodation and transport costs of members of the Visiting Contingent.

6. Where members of the Visiting Contingent are required to use vehicles, vessels, aircraft, or other equipment of the Government of Solomon Islands, in carrying out their duties, the use of those vehicles, vessels, aircraft and equipment shall be provided free of charge.
Accommodation and Facilities. 8.1 Warwickshire Music staff require suitable accommodation and facilities according to the size and needs of the group receiving tuition, including sufficient adjustable music stands, good lighting, ventilation and heating, and where possible, a piano or keyboard, a good quality CD/mp3 player and access to school WiFi to enable teachers to use on-line teaching resources.
8.2 All facilities and resources should be available on arrival. Warwickshire Music teachers should not be expected to have to set up teaching rooms as this interrupts lesson time for students.
8.3 Schools are asked to avoid moving Warwickshire Music teachers between rooms if at all possible.
8.4 It is essential safeguarding practice for schools to provide a teaching room with a window and/or a glass in the door.
8.5 Music Therapy staff require a private, uninterrupted room to ensure confidentiality.
8.6 Warwickshire Music staff attending the school for a full morning/afternoon would welcome a coffee/tea break at the discretion of the school and made to feel they are part of the general school staff.

3. Unless otherwise negotiated, Designated Persons shall have the right to the use of water, electricity and other public utilities free of charge for the purposes of carrying out their official duties.
4. Designated Persons may generate, transmit and distribute electricity for their own use free of charge and without being subject to regulation or licensing requirements.
Accommodation and Facilities. 4.1 The Service Provider will ensure that they identify and source suitable accommodation in Wigan in which to provide a base from throughout the period of the contract.
4.2 The Service Provider shall be responsible for any costs associated with the building in respect of all services including but not limited to telephone, utilities, rates, insurance.
4.3 The Service Provider shall be responsible for maintaining the building used in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness.
4.4 The Service Provider must ensure that the accommodation meets the requirements of the fire regulations and fully complies with fire regulations. All the Service Provider’s staff should receive appropriate training to carry out emergency evacuations.
4.5 The Service Provider shall be responsible for all aspects of security and safety within the building.
