Common use of Accommodation Fee Clause in Contracts

Accommodation Fee. In consideration for this Amendment, Borrower shall pay to CIT a fee in an amount equal to $5,000 (“Accommodation Fee”), which fee shall be due and fully payable to CIT on the date hereof and shall be in addition to all other fees payable by Borrower.

Accommodation Fee. In consideration for this Amendment, Borrower in addition to all other fees and charges, Company shall pay to CIT a fee in an amount equal to $5,000 2,500.00 (“Accommodation Fee”), which fee shall be due and fully payable to CIT on the date hereof and shall be in addition to all other fees payable by BorrowerCompany.

Accommodation Fee. In consideration for this Amendment, Borrower Company shall pay to CIT a fee in an amount equal to $5,000 35,000.00 (“Accommodation Fee”), which fee shall be due and fully payable to CIT on the date hereof and shall be in addition to all other fees payable by BorrowerCompany.
