Common use of Accommodation Fee Clause in Contracts

Accommodation Fee. Concurrently with their execution and delivery of this Amendment to Lender, Borrowers shall pay Lender an accommodation fee in the amount of Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500).
