Accommodation Obligation Sample Clauses
Accommodation Obligation. If Take Memories GmbH & Co. KG is subject to a legal obligation due to delays, the customer of Take Memories GmbH & Co. KG shall be accommodated in a hotel corresponding to the country-specific average. If the customer requires accommodation in a larger, higher-priced accommodation, he/she has to bear the additional costs above those of an average hotel.
