Accommodation on Exclusive Ticket Counter and Baggage Makeup. A. AIRLINE shall cooperate with AUTHORITY to accommodate the needs of a Requesting Airline by permitting such Requesting Airline to utilize AIRLINE's exclusive ticket counter and baggage makeup for the time period(s) necessary to permit the Requesting Airline to operate its Air Transportation Business in conjunction with the scheduled operations of such Requesting Airline at times when the use of such facilities shall not interfere with AIRLINE's planned operations or those of its approved sublessees, licensees, or permittees.
