Accommodations & Compatibility. Our staff opens up the Studio during inclement weather so you will not have to cancel with your client(s). If the roadways are To ensure the Studio will accommodate the needs for each photo shoot, it is required that every photographer visits the Studio prior to blocked by official Dept of Transportation or Dept of Public Safety agencies and we cannot open the Studio, there is no refund but reserving studio space. During this time each photographer can view the studio size(s), available backdrops, props, lighting equipment, etc. you will be able to reschedule the same reservation hours to the next available reservation date for no additional charge.
