Common use of Accompanying Documentation Clause in Contracts

Accompanying Documentation. Where Eligible Securities are delivered to the Collateral Agent under Section 3.03 or Section 3.05, such securities shall be accompanied by the appropriate instruments of transfer executed in blank and in a form satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and by such other instruments and documents as the Collateral Agent may reasonably request. All other property delivered to the Collateral Agent under Section 3.03 or Section 3.05 and comprising part of the Pledged Collateral shall be accompanied by proper instruments of assignment duly executed by the Borrower and such other instruments or documents as the Collateral Agent may reasonably request.
