Common use of Accordingly Clause in Contracts

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f) bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f1.2(f) bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f2.1(F)(8) bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f1.2(e) bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Program to the extent described in the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f1.2(w) bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. pursuant to Section 1.2(h) of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the each Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent Agent, through its affiliate, BFDS, to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f1.2(h) bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this the Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement apply and provide the AML Procedures Services as set forth in Section 4 below herein on the Fund’s behalf behalf. The Transfer Agent may, at any time, and delegates at its sole discretion, modify the AML Services, with or without notice4 to the Transfer Agent Fund. The Fund’s continued use of AML Services following any such modification constitutes the day-to-day operation Fund’s acceptance of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f) bearing a later date than the date hereofmodified services.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund Funds hereby instructs instruct and directs direct the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s Funds’ behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund Funds and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f1.2(a) bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and this AgreementAML Delegation, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f) 1.4 bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund Funds hereby instructs instruct and directs direct the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s Funds’ behalf and delegates delegate to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures. The AML Procedures set forth in Section 4 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Fund Funds and the Transfer Agent upon the execution by such parties of a revised Schedule 1.1(f) 1.6 bearing a later date than the date hereof.

Accordingly. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the AML Procedures as set forth in Section 4 below on the Fund’s behalf and delegates to the Transfer Agent the day-to-day operation of the AML Procedures.
