Common use of Account Agreement Clause in Contracts

Account Agreement. (a) The Account Trustee hereby agrees to promptly provide to the Lenders’ Agent all monthly statements and other information with respect to the Insurance Trust Account provided to the Account Trustee by the Bank pursuant to the relevant account agreement. The Account Trustee further agrees that it shall make such requests to the Bank for additional information with respect to the Insurance Trust Account as the Lenders’ Agent may from time to time request in writing. (b) The Account Trustee hereby agrees to promptly provide to the City all monthly statements and other information with respect to the Insurance Trust Account provided to the Account Trustee by the Bank pursuant to the relevant account agreement. The Account Trustee further agrees that it shall make such requests to the Bank for additional information with respect to the Insurance Trust Account as the City may from time to time request in writing.
