Common use of Account Control Agreements Clause in Contracts

Account Control Agreements. Within sixty (60) days after the Closing Date (or such extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), the Credit Parties shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, to the extent required by Section 6.14 and not delivered to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Closing Date, such duly executed account control agreements with respect to Collateral for which a control agreement is required for perfection of the Administrative Agent’s security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code.

Account Control Agreements. Within sixty forty-five (6045) days after the Closing Date (or such extended longer period of time as agreed to by the Administrative AgentAgent in its sole discretion), the Credit Parties shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, to the extent required by Section 6.14 and not delivered to the Administrative Agent on or prior shall have received Deposit Account Control Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements required to the Closing Date, such duly executed account control agreements be delivered in accordance with respect to Collateral for which a control agreement is required for perfection of the Administrative Agent’s security interest under the Uniform Commercial CodeSection 6.14.

Within sixty (60) days after the Closing Date (or such extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), the Credit Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to the Administrative Agent, to the extent required by Section 6.14 and not delivered to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Closing Date, such duly executed account control agreements as requested by the Administrative Agent with respect to Collateral for which a control agreement is required for perfection of the Administrative Agent’s 's security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code.
