Common use of Account Debit Authorization Clause in Contracts

Account Debit Authorization. The Borrower authorizes and directs the Agent, in its discretion acting reasonably, to automatically debit, by mechanical, electronic or manual means, the bank accounts of the Borrower maintained with the Agent for all amounts due and payable under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the repayment of principal and the payment of interest, fees and all charges for the keeping of such bank accounts.

Account Debit Authorization. The Borrower authorizes and directs the Agent, in its discretion acting reasonablydiscretion, to automatically debit, by mechanical, electronic or manual means, the bank accounts of the Borrower maintained with the Agent for all amounts payable under the Loan Documents including, without limitation, in respect of principal, interest and fees payable under this Agreement and recoverable expenses due and payable hereunder or under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the repayment of principal and the payment of interest, fees and all charges for the keeping of such bank accountsany Loan Document.

The Borrower authorizes and directs the Administrative Agent, in its discretion (acting reasonablyin its capacity as Administrative Agent), to automatically debit, by mechanical, electronic or manual means, the bank accounts of the Borrower maintained with the Agent Administrative Agent, for all amounts due and payable by the Borrower under this AgreementAgreement and the other Loan Documents, including, including but not limited to, to the repayment of principal and the payment of interest, fees fees, expenses and all other charges for the keeping of such bank accounts.
