Account Designation. Member will designate Accounts between which Member may transfer funds electronically through Online Banking. All of these Accounts must generally be in Member’s name (as owner or co-owner) and be eligible for Transfer. Eligible Accounts for Transfer include checking, savings, and money market, loan and line of credit Accounts.
Account Designation. A Payable on Death (P.O.D.) account designation makes a single party or multiple party individual account payable to the owners during their lifetimes, and upon the death of the last joint owner, payable to the named P.O.D. beneficiary on your account card. If the P.O.D. account is held by more than one owner, each account holder will be subject to the rules pertaining to joint ownership as set forth above. Accounts payable to more than one P.O.D. beneficiary are owned jointly with right of survivorship. If there is no surviving P.O.D. beneficiary upon the death of the last owner, state law will determine ownership of the funds in the account. Any P.O.D. beneficiary shall not apply to IRA accounts, which shall be governed by a separate beneficiary designation. A P.O.D. beneficiary’s interest is subject to the Credit Union’s statutory lien for the deceased owner’s obligations, and to any security interest or pledge granted by a deceased owner, even if a surviving owner did not consent to it. We are not obligated to notify any beneficiary/payee of the existence of any account nor the vesting of the beneficiary/payee’s interest in any account, except as otherwise provided by law. This paragraph does not apply to an account held on behalf of or in the name of a trust.
Account Designation. Designate only accounts with the Administrative Agent as the location for all deposits and payments required to be made to the Borrower as Buyer pursuant to the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement.

The Borrowers hereby irrevocably authorize the Administrative Agent to disburse the proceeds of each borrowing requested pursuant to this Section in immediately available funds by crediting or wiring such proceeds to the deposit account of the applicable Borrower identified in the most recent notice substantially in the form of Exhibit C (a “Notice of Account Designation”) delivered by the Company to the Administrative Agent or as may be otherwise agreed upon by the Company and the Administrative Agent from time to time. Subject to Section 4.7 hereof, the Administrative Agent shall not be obligated to disburse the portion of the proceeds of any Revolving Credit Loan or USD Revolving Credit Loan requested pursuant to this Section to the extent that any Revolving Credit Lender or USD Revolving Credit Lender, as applicable, has not made available to the Administrative Agent its Revolving Commitment Percentage of such Revolving Credit Loan or its USD Revolving Commitment Percentage of such USD Revolving Credit Loan, as applicable. Revolving Credit Loans to be made for the purpose of (A) refunding Japanese Yen Loans shall be made by the Revolving Credit Lenders as provided in Section 2.2(b) and (B) refunding Swingline Loans shall be made by the Revolving Credit Lenders as provided in Section 2.3(b).
Account Designation. The accounts involved in the transfer must be a checking or savings account at Wakefield Cooperative Bank which you are authorized to access.

Account Designation. The Agreement is for the benefit of the Extended Credit Facility (ECF) Loan Account of the PRGT to finance disbursements under that facility.
