Common use of Account Designation Clause in Contracts

Account Designation. The Registered Holder shall designate the account for wire transfer by transmitting the appropriate information to the Fiscal Agent by mail, hand delivery, fax, or in any other manner approved by the Fiscal Agent. Unless revoked, any such account designation made with respect to the Notes by the Registered Holder will remain in effect with respect to any further payments.
