Account Holder Responsibility. The Account holder is responsible for all activity associated with the Account and any of its Sub Accounts, including all fees and charges, whether the charges are incurred by the Account or the Sub Accounts. Account Holder Responsibility. 6.1 The Account Holder shall be responsible for all documents or instruments submitted by a User under the electronic land registration system, including any fraudulent or unlawful activity by the User, in the same manner and to the same extent as the Account Holder would be with respect to any of its employees by virtue of its enabling statute or other applicable laws, including common law.

Account Holder Responsibility. Account Holder shall bear any loss arising from the failure to identify properly the Account by name and number on any deposit instrument or for failure to deliver the deposit instrument to the Bank. Account Holder shall maintain a record identifying each item deposited. Account ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide taxpayer identification numbers required for the Account and warrants that the numbers provided are correct. Bank will not open an Account without a completed and signed IRS Form W-8, Form W-9 or Bank Substitute Form W-9, whichever is appropriate. This Agreement is an important document which should be kept with the Account ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s records of the Account. Special promotions may result in tax liability. Determination of tax liability is the sole responsibility of the primary Account Holder on record. An Account Holder who deposits a remotely created item, as defined in the Texas Business and Commerce Code, into their account warrants that the person on whose account the item is drawn authorized the issuance of the item in the amount for which it is drawn and shall bear the loss for any return of the item.

Account Holder Responsibility. This Agreement applies to all accounts, sub-accounts, and alternative account names associated with your principal account. You are responsible for the use of each account, whether used under any name or by any person, and for ensuring full compliance with this Agreement by all users of that account. An Aire'd Ideas account may not be transferred without prior written approval from Aire'd Ideas. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Aire'd Ideas will not change passwords to any account without proof of identification, which is satisfactory to Aire'd Ideas, which may include written authorization with signature. In the event of a breach of security through your account, you will be liable for any unauthorized use of the Aire'd Ideas Services, including any damages resulting therefrom, until you notify Aire'd Ideas’s customer service. Aire’d Ideas will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of your password, or use of your password by your partners, agents, employees or ex-employees. You acknowledge and agree that any person (such as partners, agents or employees) who you authorize to use your password will have access to your data, including your confidential information or Data (including any customer or collector lists). Aire’d Ideas is in no way responsible for any losses or damages to you which arise from the access to or use of your confidential information or Data (including any customer or collector lists) by persons whom you have authorized to use your password.
