Account Information. The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.
Account Information. Upon request, we will give you the name and address of each agency from which we obtain a credit report regarding your account. We agree not to disclose account information to third parties except when: (1) it is necessary to complete a transaction; (2) the third party seeks to verify the existence or condition of your account in accordance with applicable law; (3) such disclosure complies with the law or a government agency or court order; or (4) you give us written permission.

Upon your request, the Credit Union will inform you of the name and address of each credit reporting agency from which the Credit Union obtains a credit report in connection with your account. Account Information. We will provide you with daily transaction history via the Internet and the Online Banking service detailing items processed, return items, and deposit adjustments.

Upon referral of an account to Agency for collection, Client will provide Agency with the following information relative to each Referred Account: the applicable creditor name and the required obligor information, including the obligor’s name, address, phone number(s) and place of employment; the Referred Account number and balance owing; pertinent account history, account memos and documentation (“Account Information”). Thereafter, Client shall provide, in a timely manner, all reasonably necessary assistance, information, and documents that Agency may need to respond to obligor validation requests or discovery inquiries relating to a Referred Account. Client further agrees to provide Agency with information concerning all direct payments, adjustments, and disputes on a Referred Account within a timely manner, not to exceed thirty (30) days.
Account Information. The Bank will issue, on a daily basis, balance and transactions reports for the Accounts for the previous banking day. Bank will also send a periodic statement of account for the Accounts as agreed with the Customer.

As of the date hereof, all Deposit Accounts, cash collateral account or investment accounts of each Debtor (except for those Deposit Accounts located with the Agent) are located at the banks specified on Schedule 3.3(b) attached hereto which Schedule sets forth the true and correct name of each bank where such accounts are located, such bank’s address, the type of account and the account number.
Account Information. You undertake and warrant to us that any information provided to us is correct and that you will immediately inform us of any material change to that information, including any changes to your contact details or financial status.

Please note that balance information may not reflect recent transactions, and may include funds that are not available for immediate withdrawal. The balance information feature is not subject to the error resolution or liability sections set forth above.

It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union of a change in mailing or physical address, change of email address or change of name. We may require all name and address changes to be provided in writing. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you only at the most recent address you have provided to the Credit Union. If the Credit Union attempts to locate you, the Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth on the “Rate Addendum and Schedule of Fees and Charges.”
