Online Banking. (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).

Online Banking. If Online Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, loan, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. - View transaction history on your savings, checking, money market, and loan accounts. Your accounts can be accessed under Online Banking via personal computer. Online Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Online Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

Your accounts can be accessed under Online Banking via personal computer. Online Banking will be available for your convenience twenty-four (24) hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. You are responsible for changing your PIN and using it along with your account number to access your accounts. By signing the Credit Union’s Membership Application you agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement and any User Agreement governing Online Banking. At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: ❖ Withdraw funds from your Savings, Checking, Overdraft Loan, Home Equity Loan, and Money Market accounts by requesting a check. ❖ Transfer funds from your Savings, Checking, Overdraft Loan, Money Market, and Home Equity Loan accounts. The maximum withdrawal or transfer amount is $5,000.00 per transaction, and no transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account. ❖ Obtain balance and transaction information for your deposit, loan and certificate accounts. ❖ Make loan payments from your Savings, Checking, and Money Market accounts. ❖ Determine if a particular item has cleared. ❖ Obtain tax information on amounts earned on deposit and certificate accounts or interest paid on loan accounts. ❖ See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. To participate in online banking, you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the in the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosures (“Online Banking Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Online Banking Agreement and this Agreement, the provisions of the Online Banking Agreement shall control. Online Banking. We offer an Online Banking service that you may access from a personal computer that has Internet access. You will need your assigned password and member number or user name to access your accounts, as instructed when you log on. You may use this service for the following: • Withdraw funds from your accounts • Make transfers between your accounts • Obtain balance information on your accounts; • Make payments on your Credit Union loans from your accounts; • Access internet xxxx pay services to make payments to various creditors; • Verify whether a check or other item has cleared your account; • Take an advance from a line of credit account; • Obtain tax information on amounts earned on applicable accounts; • Obtain information on interest paid on loan accounts; Our Online Banking service will be available to you 24 hours a day, but may be interrupted for a short period of time each day for data processing. Security protocols will be in place, such as electronic lock- out if there are numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and limits on the duration of access. See the Transfer Limitations provision for transfer limitations that apply to Online Banking transactions. Other EFT Disclosures contained in this document apply to Online Banking services as well. You will also be required to comply with instructions and agreements provided on-line when you log onto the Online Banking service.
