Account Not Payable. (a) An account submitted by the Practitioner will not be payable by HBF where it does not comply with the terms of this Agreement.
Account Not Payable. (a) In the event HBF incorrectly pays an account, the Practitioner must ensure that the incorrectly paid amount is refunded to the party who made the payment within 30 calendar days. In the event no re-payment has been made HBF may set off this amount against any unpaid account due by HBF to the Practitioner.
