Account Opening I. The Principal (not including OBU customers) shall complete and submit to the Bank an account opening application form for the Gold Investment Account (hereinafter referred to as "the Account"). All purchases/deposits, regular investments, buying price, back sales, withdrawals of physical gold, transfers or other related transactions under this account shall be processed against the original authorized seal on the specimen seal card or "authorized seal" field on the account opening application form.
Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-fifth (1/5) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked.
Account Procedures and Records (a) Grantee shall establish for the Project one or more separate accounts that shall be approved by the Project Monitor. Said account or accounts shall be maintained within Grantee's existing accounting system or set up independently. Said account or accounts shall be referred to herein collectively as "the Project Account."
Direct Operation System Agency may temporarily assume operations of a Grantee’s program or programs funded under this Contract when the continued operation of the program by Xxxxxxx puts, at risk, the health or safety of clients and/or participants served by Grantee.
Operating Account To the extent funds are not required to be placed in a lockbox pursuant to any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall deposit all rents and other funds collected from the operation of the Property in a reputable bank or financial institution in a special trust or depository account or accounts for the Property maintained by Property Manager for the benefit of the Company (such accounts, together with any interest earned thereon, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Operating Account”). Property Manager shall maintain books and records of the funds deposited in and withdrawals from the Operating Account. With funds from Company, Property Manager shall maintain the Operating Account so that an amount at least as great as the budgeted expenses for such month is in the Operating Account as of the first of each month. From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.
Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.
Client Account 4.1 In order to facilitate trading in CFDs, the Company will open a Client Account for the Client, which will be activated upon the Client depositing the minimum initial deposit as determined by the Company in its discretion from time to time. The minimum initial deposit may vary according to the account type of the Client Account. This information is made available on our Website.
Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.
Opening an Account Stripe may use information that you provide to Stripe and its Affiliates about a Connected Account to (a) determine the Connected Account’s eligibility to be a Stripe Issuing Accountholder; (b) administer the Stripe Issuing Program; and (c) monitor each Stripe Issuing Accountholder’s Principal Owners, Stripe Issuing Administrators, Card Authorised Users, representatives, and individuals with significant responsibility for management, including executives and senior managers, for the purpose of meeting Stripe’s obligations under Law. Stripe may reject any Connected Account application for, and terminate any Stripe Issuing Accountholder’s access to, the Stripe Issuing Services immediately if any Connected Account, Stripe Issuing Accountholder, Principal Owner, Stripe Issuing Administrator, Card Authorised User, representative, or individual with significant responsibility for management is or becomes a High-Risk Person or uses the Stripe Issuing Program for a Card Unauthorised Purpose.
Debit Card You may use your debit card to purchase goods and services any place your debit card is honored by participating merchants. You agree that you will not use your debit card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law. Funds to cover your debit card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the credit union will pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, CO-OP Network, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your debit card to: • Make deposits to your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings and accounts. • Transfer funds from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Obtain balance information for your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Access your Transfer Line of Credit or other line of credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Pay bills directly by telephone from your checking or savings account in the amounts and on the days you request The following limitations on the frequency and amount of debit card transactions may apply: • There may be a limit on the number of debit card purchases you make per day. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. You may not transfer more than the available balance. • See the Section called “Transfer Limitations” for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. • There are daily withdrawal and purchase limits. You will be notified of these limits by the credit union before you receive your access card.
