Account Owner Consent. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Account Owner consents to use electronic signatures and to electronically receive all records, notices, statements, communications, and other items for all services provided to Account Owner and Authorized Users under these Terms and in connection with Account Owner’s relationship with us (collectively, “Communications”) that we may otherwise be required to send or provide Account Owner in paper form (e.g., by mail). By accepting and agreeing to these Terms electronically, Account Owner represents that: (1) Account Owner has read and understands this consent to use electronic signatures and to receive Communications electronically; (2) Account Owner satisfies the minimum hardware and software requirements specified below; and (3) Account Owner’s consent will remain in effect until Account Owner withdraws their consent as specified below.
