Common use of Account Schedules Clause in Contracts

Account Schedules. Upon the request of MLBFS, which may be made from time to time, Customer shall deliver to MLBFS, in addition to the other information required hereunder, a schedule identifying, for each Account and all Chattel Paper subject to MLBFS security interests hereunder, each account debtor by name and address and amount, invoice or contract number and date of each invoice or contract. Customer shall furnish to MLBFS such additional information with respect to the Collateral, and amounts received by Customer as proceeds of any of the Collateral, as MLBFS may from time to time reasonably request.

Customer shall furnish to MLBFS such additional information with respect to the Collateral, and amounts received by Customer as proceeds of any of the Collateral, as MLBFS may from time to time reasonably request.
