Common use of Account Security Clause in Contracts

Account Security. Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its own passwords and any other credentials used by it and its End Users to access the Services. Customer will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use of the Services and will terminate any unauthorized use of which it becomes aware. Customer will notify SurveyMonkey promptly if Customer becomes aware of any unauthorized access to its accounts.
