Common use of Account Statement Examination Clause in Contracts

Account Statement Examination. All deposits made through the Services shall be deemed to be correct, unless Depositor notifies GHPFCU of any errors to deposits made through the Services within 60 days after the applicable account statement is mailed or otherwise provided to Depositor.
