Common use of Account Types Clause in Contracts

Account Types. 5.3.1. The Company offers a number of account types that suits to a wide variety of needs with different and varying features to match the trader’s experience, expertise, background, and needs. 5.3.2. The Company has the right to keep some of the account types unavailable to the Clients which might be caused primarily by jurisdictional issues. The Company also reserves the right to modify, change, or replace the features of each account type at the its own discretion. The Company will inform its clients about the account type users through an email or with an announcement through the Company’s official website. 5.3.3. The Client is obliged to immediately inform the Company of any changes he/she wishes to make in the current conditions and features of his/her account that may affect any ongoing transactions or open positions.
